AZABU-JUUBAN / 麻布十番
Is a district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan. It consists of 1 to 3-chōme. Azabu-Jūban Station is located in this district. Azabu-Juban is a lively residential area in central Tokyo with a mixture of Japanese shops, restaurants and bars. The convenience of several supermarkets in a central location and the proximity of Hiroo and Roppongi make it one of the more trendy and sought after residential areas of Tokyo.
The main street, a block away from a busy road junction, has a village-like feel with cobbled stoned paving in some places. This atmosphere is created by the narrow streets, slow moving traffic, and a mixture of stores operated by older owners. Even the McDonald's has been carefully designed to be architecturally sympathetic. In the anime it was Usagi's home as well as home for many of her friends. Most of the Sailor Moon storyline took place in Azabu-Juuban.
CRYSTAL PALACE / クリスタルパレス
The Crystal Palace was the name of the palace in Crystal Tokyo from which Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion ruled over Earth beginning in the 30th Century. It was also the home of Small Lady Serenity, the Inner Senshi, and Sailor Pluto (as shown in the manga, Chibiusa ran down a hallway of the Crystal Palace and found her in the deepest parts of the palace, guarding the Space Time Door). As shown in the manga and the anime, the palace is located in Tokyo and was built in the former Juuban district. The palace is shown to be indestructable, as when the Black Moon Clan attacked Crystal Tokyo in the 30th century, the castle remained unharmed while everything around it was basically destroyed.
Only those of the Moon Family and the Sailor Senshi are allowed to enter the palace. Those who are not allowed are kept out by a barrier as shown in the manga, Neo Queen Serenity uses her powers to send them out of the palace, as she did with Black Lady. The palace is also the center of the Crystal Points. No explanation was given as to its origin in the anime, but it could be seen in the last scene of the manga, in the background of Usagi and Mamoru's wedding.
D POINT / Dポイント
The D Point was the name of the location and gateway of the Negaverse's own dimension in the Sailor Moon manga and anime. This is also where the final battle between the Sailor Scouts and Queen Beryl(merged with the Negaforce as Super Beryl) took place. In the anime, D Point was located within the North Pole. In the episode "Usagi's Awakening! A Message From the Distant Past", Sailor Venus and Artemis discover the secret entrance inside the Cafe Crepe. A strange disturbance in the wall led Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Moon, Artemis, and Luna into a cave that tunneled downward. Luna and Artemis got separated from the Sailor Senshi and eventually came out of the cave into a snow-covered wasteland. They found a purple smoking crater and knew that the volcano was the entrance to the Dark Kingdom.
When the Sailor Scouts went to the North Pole a second time, they did so by Sailor Teleport. At D Point, the Sailor Senshi encountered the dreaded Doom and Gloom Girls, 5 powerful Negamonsters sent by Queen Beryl to "greet" them upon their entry to her world. Sailors Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, and Mars were all killed in battles with the Doom and Gloom Girls at D Point. Later after the Negaforce decided to merge with her servant, the new version of Queen Beryl arose and seeks to plunge the planet Earth into cold, permanent darkness. But Sailor Moon along with the 4 Sailor Scouts' help, used the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal and destroyed both Queen Beryl and the Negaforce forever.
In the manga, a disturbance in the form of a heat source was located within the Arctic Circle, which has caused some suspicions. When Sailor Venus killed Queen Beryl, Prince Endymion - still under Queen Metallia's control - took her to the Dark Kingdom's hideout. Sailor Moon chased after them. Luna had trouble scanning the area when she tried to track Sailor Moon. When she was located at C Point, it was said to be 72°N latitude. Luna lost them at D Point, which was in the middle of the Arctic Ocean. Luna then located Sailor Moon in the Dark Kingdom's subterranean domain. This was where the final battle against Queen Metalia took pRelace.
EARTH / 地球
The Crystal Palace was the name of the palace in Crystal Tokyo from which Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion ruled over Earth beginning in the 30th Century. It was also the home of Small Lady Serenity, the Inner Senshi, and Sailor Pluto (as shown in the manga, Chibiusa ran down a hallway of the Crystal Palace and found her in the deepest parts of the palace, guarding the Space Time Door). As shown in the manga and the anime, the palace is located in Tokyo and was built in the former Juuban district.

The palace is also the center of the Crystal Points. No explanation was given as to its origin in the anime, but it could be seen in the last scene of the manga, in the background of Usagi and Mamoru's wedding.
FM No. 10 / FM 10号
FM No. 10 is a local radio station in the third episode of the first season of the Sailor Moon anime, and the third episode overall. The episode first aired in Japan on March 21, 1992. The English dub title for this episode is "Talk Radio", and the episode first aired in North America on September 12, 1995.
All the girls in town are tuning in to the late-night radio program called "Midnight Zero" that reads out love letters sent in by the listeners. Meanwhile, a strange sleeping sickness is plaguing the town, causing people to fall into a coma-like state, including Ms. Haruna and Naru.
GAME CENTER CROWN / ゲームセンタークラウン
Game Center Crown was an arcade where Usagi and her friends hung out and Motoki worked. Game Machine Joe once played there in the anime, as did Takurou Ootaku in Codename: Sailor V. There was a crane machine game and a Sailor V game in the arcade. Luna used the Sailor V machine to communicate with Artemis during the battle against the Dark Kingdom. It was located below the Fruits Parlor Crown. Both establishments were run by the Furuhata family, who owned the building.
The outside of the arcade appears just like every other building in the area, there is a blue and yellow sign on the sidewalk near the entrance that advertises for the arcade. The words "Game Center Crown" are written on sliding glass doors that serve as the entrance. The buildings interior has tile floors and blue walls which have various game posters on them, usually for a new Sailor V game. There is also a staff room that Motoki takes Usagi to that has white tile floors and yellow walls where she rests in a green chair. In the room there are also decks, filing cabinets, chairs, table and boxes. On the walls are schedules and other employee information.
The place made its appearance on the original Sailor Moon manga, and also Codename: Sailor V. The arcade stood on top of the Lunar Command Centre, which could be accessed via one of the arcade's Sailor V game stations. During the fight between the Inner Senshi, the brainwashed Tuxedo Mask and Queen Beryl, the building suffered massive damage, as the backlash blew a hole from the command centre straight up through the roof before Mercury warped the site of battle from the actual arcade to the hyperspace plane, much to the shocked terror of Furuhata Motoki.
HOUSE OF FORTUNE / フォーチュンハウス
The House of Fortune was a fortune teller's shop that appeared in episode 2 of the anime. It was set up by Jadeite and his Youma, Balm, in order to extract energy from the customers. The inside of the building is smoky due to the incense that is burned, the walls and floors are mostly purple.
Opposite the entrance there is a red curtain that leads into a smaller area. On either side of said entrance there is a tall white column. Balm leads victims into the smaller room and reads tarot cards to them and plants an energy stealing card on them. Balm and the victim sit across from each other at a round table covered by a red cloth.
HIKAWA SHRINE / 氷川神社
Hikawa Shrine is the shrine at which Rei Hino and her grandfather live and work at in all of the continuations of the series. The shrine first appears in episode 10 when Usagi, Naru, and Kuri go to buy amulets for good luck. Buses full of girls had been disappearing in the area, and many people seem to suspect that Rei or her grandfather may be involved, although the number of shrine visitors seems to have increased. Rei explains to Usagi and her friends that a new-comer with blond hair had recently come to work there. It turns out that the new-comer was actually Jadeite, who was behind selling amulets to girls and abducting them onto the bus. Once Rei realizes that he is behind everything, he gives up his position at the shrine. The shrine often served as a place where the Sailor Senshi gathered to discuss the latest news and their plans, or to simply relax and socialize, especially in the anime. In episode 30, Yuuichirou Kumada arrives at the shrine and begins working there.
The real life shrine is located at 35° 55′ 0″ N, 139° 37′ 46″ E and can be walked to from the merto train. Surrounding the shrine is a large park in which there are many cherry blossom trees, a zoo and a museum. The district of Omiya, literally "Great Shrine", derives from the special favor shown by Emperor Meiji, who raised Hikawa above all other shrines in the Kantō region. Standing behind three torii gates in a wood with many ancient Japanese elms, it claims to have a 2400-year history. According to the shrine's tradition, the shrine was established during the reign of Emperor Kōshō in 473 BC. A legend recounts that Yamato Takeru, who injured his leg during his crusade to the East, visited the shrine in accordance with the directions of an old man who appeared in a dream. After worshiping, he was able to stand on his own. It is known that the old name of the region, Ashidate (足立), literally meaning "leg stand", was named after this incidence.
The pond within the grounds of the shrine is a remnant of Minuma and considered to have roots in enshrining the water god of Minuma. Hikawa was designated as the chief Shinto shrine (ichinomiya) for the former Musashi province. This main shrine has 59 branch shrines in Tokyo and 162 branch shrines in Saitama Prefecture. From 1871 through 1946, Hikawa Shrine was officially designated one of the Kanpei-taisha (官幣大社), meaning that it stood in the first rank of government supported shrines. The main shrine structure was renovated in 1882. In 1940, a project financed by the government reconstructed the main shrine structure, the gate tower, and other structures.
